Serenity

Trees still and Calm,
The Clouds White as Snow,
Water so Clear like Mirror,
No sounds or movement just Calm.

Cool, Calm, Collective,
Mountains wait for a Weary Adventurer,
Until then they Wait,
The Mountains, the Trees, the Lake,
Just waiting for an Adventurer.

Me, Myslef and Technology

Technology will forever be apart of us. It has shaped us as a society ever since the first computer was made. I have taken the leap into technology since I could first hold a controller in my hand. Technology has changed the way we view everything. In the last decade we have made a huge leap forward in the technology field. It's crazy to think back when we have VHS tapes and we had another device just so we could rewind the VHS.

Technology has changed the way we view hospitals and treatments. With all the medical advancements; doctors are able to detect the smallest problem so they can react fast. Doctors and patients are glad that we have scientists working hard to discover a new way to detect a problem. I know when I broke my elbow I was scared of what they will do, but once I got my elbow x-rayed I knew that they know where my problem is and how they go about treating such a problem.

Technology has changed they way we view travel as well. I trust my pilots know what they are doing because of their training and the fact that they have advanced gear to help them guide them through the skies. Astronauts have to believe in the scientists who the rocket to make sure that they rocket will fly and they can make it back safe. Virgin Mobile has even decided to try and make a space craft that will allow people to fly to the moon. I'm sure it will be very pricey, but it's amazing that companies are looking into the skies for the next business plans.

Technology has also made it so that cars are a lot safer and if caught in a crash they will support the body so you don't get injured. Cars have evolved from and engine and four wheels to much more; they have GPS's, auto parking, cameras to see how far your car is from the other cars, some have even been tested to drive all on their own. I know that in the future we will have cars that drive themselves and people will look back and laugh at the fact that we actually used to drive cars.

Someday we will have robots walking around doing all the jobs no one wants to do. They will serve us and maybe even one day take over. Until then we will just stick with robotic arms and recently animals. Scientists have been working hard to replicate a cheetahs running pattern on a robot. They have come very close and I feel in the not to distant future we will have robotic animal pets.
